Your role
You will be involved in a variety of technically interesting projects and will contribute to the structural design process from concept to execution.
Your responsibilities include:
Translating structural concepts into clear and accurate technical drawings.
Preparing structural, reinforcement, and formwork plans.
Producing detailed quantity take-offs and construction details.
Reviewing drawings from external construction partners, including prefabrication and execution plans.
Working closely with a structural engineer who will provide guidance and technical support.
Your profile
You have:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a construction-related discipline.
Solid knowledge of relevant building regulations, standards, and technical guidelines.
Initial experience in structural drafting or technical design is a strong asset.
Strong insight into construction methods and an eye for detail.
Experience with BIM software, such as Revit, is considered a plus.
Able to work in a structured, organized manner and meet deadlines calmly, both independently and within a team.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and think along with the project team.
Professional working proficiency in English and preferably Dutch.
A cooperative mindset, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility.
