EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans Position ü You lead the entire F&B service team and are directly responsible for the management and supervisors of all F&B operations\: Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events, with a total net revenue of €5 million, almost evenly split between Restaurant/Bar/Room Service on the one hand and Meetings & Events on the other. You are part of the HOD level and participate in the Management Scheme incentive program. You report directly to the 3D team (Commercial, HR & Finance Directors) and operationally align closely with the General Manager.
