ICN is looking for YOU to support its growth strategy. /p pAs a bhands-on /b Finance Lead, you will be based in bBrussels /b and will be responsible in close collaboration with our external partners for all accounting, budget and reporting activities across the different entities in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. This is a 360° finance role requiring strong multitasking ability, combining operational finance, compliance, team coordination and strategic financial insight. /p h3How you could invest your talent, expertise and motivation to /h3 ul liCreate and reset financial reporting and strategy (hands on); /li liProcess and establish analytical reporting and analytical accounting plan; /li liResponsible for operational real estate investments and continuous development and implementation of up to date digital, financial, and procedural tools; /li liParticipate to creation of a new investment vehicle and investment structure; /li liManage due diligence for investments and divestments; /li liCoordinate all accounting activities including statutory and tax obligations; /li liManage and oversee the daily operations of the external accounting department (Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands); /li liResponsible for the reconciliation process; /li liCoordinate all Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable invoicing; /li liEnsure proper and timely follow-up of VAT declarations in consultation with external advisors; /li liManage and ensure proper progress and completion of audits; /li liResponsible for monthly and yearly closing in collaboration with the auditor; /li liManage and ensure that all processes are linked to a regulated internal environment and match external process (bank, financial organization, etc.); /li liYou support in ad hoc projects; /li liOther tasks as assigned. /li /ul h3Who we are looking forward to meet /h3 ul liBachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or any related fields /li liat least 3 years of experience in a similar position; /li liExperience with consolidation; /li liAdvanced user of Excel; /li liAccurate, analytical, hands-on and critical; /li liAble to work on an operational level as well as to manage; /li liForce of initiatives and ideas to improve processes; /li liAll necessary coaching and leading skills to manage a small team; /li liExpert in creating financial awareness and discipline in the company; /li liProactive, effective and able to identify issues quickly and solve them; /li liWilling to travel to our Luxembourg office from time to time; /li liAttention to detail and problem-solving skills; /li liAbility to analyse and to set priorities and act accordingly; /li liA very good command of French and English, Dutch is an asset. /li /ul h3What we are happy to offer /h3 ul liA visible cross-functional role in a small entrepreneurial team based in three countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands) /li liA varied and autonomous function with an attractive salary package in line with your skills and experience /li liA challenging and evolving environment with growth opportunities /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
