Are you passionate about quality, processes, and continuous improvement in an international environment? Then you might be the Quality Manager (Assistant) we are looking for at Anyseals – a dynamic and growing international organization specialized in sealing solutions.

Your Role
As Quality Manager (Assistant), you play a key role within the Quality Management team. You actively contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015. You work closely with colleagues across departments and international locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management & Systems

• Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Establish and maintain processes, procedures, and work instructions.

• Ensure products, services, and processes comply with internal standards and customer requirements.

• Monitor the application of the QMS at all organizational levels and define corrective actions where needed.
Audits & Compliance

• Prepare, conduct, and report internal audits.

• Plan, execute, and support external audits.

• Follow up corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits and management reviews.
Support & Collaboration

• Advise and support departments on quality-related topics and promote quality awareness.

• Train teams in the practical application of the QMS.

• Support data analysis and preparation for management reviews.

• Cooperate with Procurement to monitor and evaluate supplier performance.

• Support Quality Assurance with inspections and calibration of measuring equipment.
Growth & Responsibility

• Grow into a more senior role within the Quality Management team, with the potential to take on team leadership responsibilities.

Your Profile:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Technical studies, or equivalent through experience.

• Additional education or training in Quality Management.
Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management.

• Proven experience with QMS implementation and maintenance.

• Experience in conducting internal audits.

• Background in an industrial environment.
Expertise & Skills

• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Technical product knowledge, preferably within sealing solutions, is a plus.
