About the Role
Lead our Governance practice in Brussels, advising European institutions and multinational corporations on governance excellence, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive governance transformation for EU institutions and corporations
* Advise boards and executive committees on governance frameworks
* Lead ESG governance and sustainability reporting initiatives
* Develop thought leadership on European governance trends
* Build strategic client partnerships and grow the Brussels practice
Required Profile
* Advanced degree (MBA, Law, or equivalent)
* 8-12 years of experience in governance consulting or corporate affairs
* Deep expertise in European regulatory environment
* Proven business development and client management track record
* Strong network within European business community
* Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
