The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to partner with our local BE & NL teams. Reporting to the Senior HR BP BENELUX, your mission is to act on a broad range HR issues and administration, from payroll preparation to drafting contracts and to meet with employees and answer an queries they may have.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
* Managing the entire HR operational function for about 80+ employees.
* Monitoring employee absence and turnover to identify trends and deal with same.
* Liaising, supporting and advising employees and managers across the business on all HR administrative related matters, ranging from general queries, grievances to payroll/admin requests.
* Maintain the HR databases to ensure all files and the HR system is up to date and accurate.
* Contract, payroll & reference etc. administration.
* Good knowledge of business and HR model to answer daily employee queries and make informed decisions.
* Excellent writing skills to be able to compose letters/contracts.
* Working on ad hoc projects as and when they arise.
* Travelling across Benelux stores/offices to meet with employees on general employment matters and attend interviews and meetings.
The Perfect Blend:
What We're Looking For
* Relevant HR or business degree is essential.
* 3-5 years of professional HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Officer or similar HR role in an international company.
* MANDATORY to ensure your integration and support the teams : Excellent written and spoken English & Dutch. French is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills, with the ability to balance empathy and assertiveness.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a talent for managing multiple priorities.
* High integrity, good judgment, and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
* You are expected to travel occasionnaly in our stores in the BENELUX region or come occasionnaly in our Antwerp office in Belgium.
