Job Title: Allocation Analyst Intern
About the Role:
* We are seeking an Allocation Analyst Intern to join our team in Zaventem, Belgium.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive all allocation and replenishment activities to deliver annual targets in factory outlet stores.
2. Ensure correct product allocation and work closely with planners and traders to optimize the assortment in line with market needs.
3. Proactively manage reporting activities for the FO team to respond business needs when it comes to reporting and ad hoc analysis.
4. Ensure optimal replenishment and stock levels in each store for Apparel and ACC (bi-weekly VMI runs).
5. Execute initial allocations load in line with range plans and store grading.
6. Ensure optimal replenishment and fulfillment to each store by working with planner on a daily basis with weekly product allocation catch up.
7. Closely cooperate with Traders to ensure high service level to stores: responsible for end-to-end process.
8. Assist merchandise planner with ad-hoc analysis as directed.
9. Ensure all reporting activities for the FO team.
10. Utilize market feedback into replenishment process and strategy for E&O allocation.
11. Closely cooperate with Traders, Trading Lead, and District Managers in countries to gain market feedback and better understanding of local markets' specificities.
12. Support the Excess and Obsolete analysis.
13. Support the Off-price wholesale team with order and contract management, deal offers constructions, deals negotiations.
Requirements:
14. Technical proficiency with computer software tools and ability to learn new ones quickly.
15. Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
16. Strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities including the ability to quickly identify and communicate implications from consumer, internal, and marketplace information.
17. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
18. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
20. English fluent, written and spoken.
21. Strong listening and interpersonal skills with focus on collaborative teamwork.
22. Proven ability to work with diverse teams.
