About the Role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of cloud communications? We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the development, positioning, and success of our cloud communication products—including Toll Free numbers, DIDs, mobile numbers, and SIP Trunking. This is a pivotal role, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring our products meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and ambitious business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Market Insight & Strategy: Gather and analyse customer, market, and product data to define and refine product strategies, identify new opportunities, and adapt to evolving scenarios.
* Product Positioning: Develop the marketing mix, benchmark against competitors, and validate concepts with key customers to create actionable marketing plans.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain up-to-date contracts and product documentation, organise regular product team meetings, and streamline processes for existing products.
* Pricing & Financials: Own the pricing strategy for your product portfolio, ensuring alignment with both regional and global business goals.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead product review meetings, collect field feedback, and work with other departments to enhance the value proposition and customer satisfaction.
* Project Leadership: Oversee the implementation of new product features, applying best practices in project management to deliver on time and within budget.
* Business Planning: Monitor market trends, forecast demand, assess risks and opportunities, and contribute to annual budgeting and cost optimisation.
What We're Looking For
* University degree (or equivalent experience)
* 5-8 years' relevant experience in product management
* 3-5 years relevant experience within cloud communications or a related field
* Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
* Customer-centric mindset with a drive for results and innovation
* Technical understanding of cloud communication services and products
