For this dynamic and innovative US-based multinational company with a strong presence in Belgium, we are currently seeking a skilled Accountant to join their finance team. Under the direct supervision of the company's finance manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial operations. You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Accountant - The Job
Book invoices in the accounting software (AP/AR/bank statements..)
Perform various accounting operations to prepare month- and year-end closings
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits, act as one of the points of contact for the external accounting firm
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in financial operation
Accountant – About You
You have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent
You are fluent in Dutch and English
