Explore your role with us

As a Talent Partner you will focus primarily on recruiting and the developing of top engineering talent.

You will:

7. Partner directly with hiring managers to understand talent needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans.

8. Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all types of roles of which the majority are technical IT engineering roles: from job intake to sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and coordinating the entire selection process.

9. Deliver an excellent candidate experience from the first message to the offer and throughout onboarding.

10. Be a true ambassador and strengthen our employer brand by representing Televic Rail at career events and launching talent campaigns, working closely together with our marketing team.

11. Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, funnel conversion) and use insights to optimize our talent processes.

Next to that you will:

12. Act as a sparring partner for the team leads, advising them on the development and management of their team’s talent.

13. Contribute to talent development & retention by identifying development needs across teams and support initiatives that foster internal mobility, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the organization.

14. Be involved in overall HR projects and optimization of HR processes.

How you can add value to our team

15. Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on technical or engineering roles.

16. An interest in growing beyond recruitment and contributing to broader HR topics.

17. Eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity.

18. A proactive, structured way of working - you take ownership and get things done.

19. Proficient in Dutch & English and enjoy working in an international tech company.
