Your Mission
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be part of the Operations department and act as the first point of contact for end customers.
You will be responsible for:
* Ensuring daily contact with end customers
* Acting as the first contact point for customer inquiries
* Providing accurate and clear answers to customer questions
* Delivering a high-quality and customer-oriented service experience
* Contributing to continuous service improvement
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
* Strong interest in finance and banking products
* Good knowledge of MS Office
Languages
* Dutch: Strong spoken and written communication skills (mandatory)
* French: Strong spoken and written communication skills (mandatory)
* English: Good communication skills (asset)
