Key Responsibilities for This Role Include:
Enhancing the advancement of CRM systems through the integration of AI technologies, the Data Scientist & CRM Manager will support strategic decision-making by leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive models, and machine learning, ultimately enhancing business intelligence and operational efficiency.
1. Implement and integrate new versions and functionalities of existing CRM systems, in collaboration with Regional and Global teams, to bring system capabilities to the next level.
2. Manage and optimise the existing CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
3. Ensure that data management procedures are up-to-date and provide end-users training on CRM functionalities.
4. Analyse large and complex datasets using AI techniques to identify patterns and deliver insights for strategic decision-making.
5. Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven statistical analyses to support the transformation of business operations.
6. Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify inaccuracies or inconsistencies, ensuring higher data quality.
7. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to communicate insights and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
8. Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
9. Minimum 3-5 years experience in supporting the business goals and needs.
10. Fluent in FR and/or NL, with strong EN capabilities
11. In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva)
12. Good understanding of programming languages (Python, R, Java, or others)
13. Experience with Power BI
14. Experience in data management and model development
15. Strong business acumen and capability to translate business requirements into data modelling.
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
