AI & Innovation Architect
Serves as a strategic bridge between AI product capabilities, internal teams, and the LATAM sales ecosystem, enabling GTC teams to effectively position, sell, and deliver AI solutions at scale. This role is critical to transforming sales teams into a high‑performing AI revenue engine by equipping them with the expertise, assets, and frameworks required to drive consistent AI sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive AI sales growth by collaborating with strategic partners and AEs to identify, shape, and close AI opportunities, increasing pipeline generation, deal velocity, and win rates across LATAM.
* Enable and upskill internal teams and key partners through structured AI programs that elevate capabilities in positioning, selling, and implementing AI solutions.
* Scale AI go‑to‑market initiatives by developing repeatable sales plays, solution patterns, and industry‑specific use cases partners and AEs can independently execute.
* Support strategic pre‑sales engagements by leading technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, and value articulation.
* Design and prototype AI solutions, building innovative use cases, accelerators, and reference architectures tailored to LATAM market needs.
* Establish best‑practice frameworks, including playbooks, demos, success stories, and reusable assets, to maintain a structured knowledge‑sharing model.
* Act as ecosystem orchestrator, ensuring alignment and coordination between partners, sales, product, and delivery teams to maximize regional impact.
* Influence strategic stakeholders, engaging CIO/CTO‑level executives to position AI solutions as core to digital transformation and business growth strategies.
* Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management based on partner and customer interactions, influencing roadmap priorities and localization needs.
Requirements
* Strong partner and ecosystem mindset with a proven track record of driving GACV through indirect channels.
* Hands‑on AI technical expertise in modern technologies such as ML, NLP/NLU, LLMs/LAMs, and prompt engineering, with the ability to translate these into business value.
* Pre‑sales and co‑selling experience, supporting sales teams and partners in complex deals through technical solutioning and value‑based selling.
* Enablement and scaling capability, design and delivery of training, workshops, and scalable empowerment programs for technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Solution architecture and integration knowledge to design AI solutions within broader enterprise ecosystems and cloud platforms.
* Exceptional communication and influence skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders, including CIO/CTO level.
* Innovation and adaptability, staying ahead of AI trends and translating them into actionable partner opportunities.
* Regional expertise in LATAM market dynamics, partner landscape, and cultural nuances (highly desirable).
