Your Impact
As an Experienced Manager,you’llmake an impact by:
Leading Debt Advisory Mandates
1. Managing debt advisory and financing projects (with support from Director/Partner) and acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients.
2. Advising on and executing a range of debt transactions, including acquisition finance,leveragedfinance, corporate refinancing, recapitalisations, growthfinancingand refinancing of existing facilities.
Overseeing Transaction Execution
3. Overseeing daily project management and delivery of debt and capital advisory transactions.
4. Assuming responsibility for managing all phases of the financing cycle and deal execution, frominitialoptions analysis through to lender approaches, negotiations and closing.
Delivering High-Quality Client Materials
5. Leading and managing the delivery of transaction documentation including lender information memoranda, financing proposals, pitchmaterialsand client presentations.
6. Contributing to thought leadership and marketing materials related to debt markets and financing solutions.
Managing and Developing Teams
7. Managing a team, wider supportstaffand other external advisers (such as banks, debt funds, lawfirmsand other consultants).
8. Supervising,coachingand reviewing the work of more junior team members.
Supervising Financial Analysis & Modelling
9. Supervising and reviewing financial analysis and complex financing and capital structure modelling carried out by the team members.
10. Assessing debt capacity, covenant structures,pricingand other key financing terms to support clear client recommendations.
About You
11. You have a strong academic background.
12. You have solid experience (at least4years) withindebt and capitaladvisory with proven execution ability and origination skills across Belgium.
13. On top of your strong numerical and analytical skills, you have alsodemonstratedsound strategic thinking skillswith a clear understanding of capital structures and funding alternatives.
14. You haveexcellent report writing skillsand can translate complex financing and modelling outputs into clear, client‑friendly materials.
15. You are an independent thinker with the ability toidentifyproblems and contribute to the development offinancingsolutions.
16. You’recomfortable discussing financially related commercial topics.
17. You have a strong affinity with Excel and financial modelling, and are comfortable building,challengingand reviewing complex models used for debt capacity analysis, covenant headroom, liquidityplanningand transaction structuring.
18. You have proven your ability to work on a range of projects simultaneously to demanding timetablesin a transaction‑driven environment.
19. You’rea highly motivated, ambitious self-starter willing to take advantage of the opportunities this position offers, but also a team player.
20. Experience of working with small teams and managing people.
21. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
22. Commitment to high quality standards and detail-oriented person.
