Task Description:
- Clarify the current governance in place for the process, propose improvements to this governance, and implement them with the help of change actors/key users. Governance must cover the management of Change Requests at the level of the SAP/PM tool, processes and work instructions, Master Data, and reporting, while taking into account information security aspects.
- Define and detail process objectives and metrics, considering feasibility within the organization (structure and culture).
- Document the process, requirements & specifications regarding KPIs, roles and functions, workflow, and tooling, aligned with the I-ICT strategy (Smartification ICT in SAP).
- Support organizational change and stakeholders (possibly via key users in the organization) and ensure the process is followed horizontally and transversally across the organization (task automation, data cleaning, etc.).
- Be responsible for monitoring total quality — performance and correct usage — of the process.
- Propose and support the implementation of pragmatic solutions to increase process performance and robustness.
- Propose and monitor the implementation of process reporting: measure process performance, collect and analyze data (e.g., detect trends, identify areas of attention, etc.).
- Communicate and report on the process according to agreed metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the Process Owner & Manager (I-ICT.3) to whom the role directly reports, as well as with other stakeholders, particularly those defining QMS objectives (I-ICT.52).
- Establish a workflow that ensures process-related documentation remains up to date and that changes are properly recorded.
Deliverables
- Implementation of governance for the “Operate & Maintain” process / Master Data.
- Implementation of integrated process reporting with existing processes.
- Implementation of an effective documentation management system (work instructions).
Additional Skills (Assets):
- Knowledge of process improvement methods (Six Sigma, Lean, statistical analysis, quantitative methods, etc.).
- Knowledge of organizational change methods (Managing change, handling resistance, conflict management, etc.).
- Experience and ease with organizing and conducting workshops is an asset.
Data Governance of the “Operate & Maintain” Process
- Implementation of process reporting, integrated with existing processes.
- Implementation of an effective documentation management system (work instructions).
- Knowledge of process improvement methods (Six Sigma, Lean, statistical analysis, quantitative methods, etc.) is an asset.
- Knowledge of organizational change management methods (managing change, handling resistance, conflict resolution, etc.) is an asset.
- Experience and skill in organizing and leading workshops is an asset.
Technical Skills:
- Proven skills and successful experience in setting up operational processes related to ICT asset maintenance (definition, governance, KPI measurement, reporting, continuous improvement) (Level 5: at least 15 years of experience).
- Skills and affinity for drafting formal and structured documents that support quality policy and the objectives of the relevant process (Level 5: at least 15 years of experience).
- Skills and experience in managing compliance rules at the level of information security and quality systems (Level 4: at least 10 years of experience).
- Experience in process coaching to support the deployment of one or more ICT operational processes in a large organization (Level 4: at least 10 years of experience).
- Experience and knowledge of LEAN and ITIL standards for implementation in ICT operational processes of a large organization (Level 4: at least 10 years of experience).
- Knowledge gained in managing quality systems and ISO 9001 requirements (Level 4: at least 10 years of experience).
- Skills and experience in change management: methods such as PROSCI (Level 1: at least some experience).
- Dutch or French (C1: complex mastery).
