✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

Manage the full hardware platform lifecycle, including engineering documentation, standards definition, and decommissioning across all supported operating systems

Oversee patching, BIOS, firmware, and driver maintenance, ensuring alignment with OS platforms

Maintain infrastructure configuration management and hardware monitoring standards

Apply firmware updates via centralized repositories and interpret hardware alerts and logs

Manage server inventory updates, tracking, and asset lifecycle information

Configure and maintain advanced networking and virtualization environments (DRS, HA, resource limits, quotas, and cluster scalability)

Verify, manage, and transfer software licenses (e.g., virtualization and backup solutions)

Handle end-to-end vendor support cases and hardware incident management

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and manage security vulnerabilities and audits

Rotate administrative credentials and support security and compliance requirements

Collaborate on projects and handle operational and information requests

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement automation to optimize operations

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Years' experience: minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with rack-mounted server platforms, including DL/DX 3xx and 5xx series
• Experience with modular compute architectures, including 4xx frames and compute nodes
• Solid knowledge of high-end enterprise servers, such as SuperDome Flex 280
• Exposure to High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments, including Apollo and Cray XD systems
• Strong understanding of hardware components (GPUs, frame VC, interconnects, etc.)
• Proven experience supporting large-scale physical infrastructure, including servers, racks, and data center environments
• Expertise in hardware standardization and lifecycle management
• Hands-on capability in installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of hardware components (disks, RAM, NICs, PSUs)
• Fluent English
