As we experience rapid growth, we are on a lookout for a dynamic Director of Operations and Finance to bring structure and stability to our operations while fostering our creative spirit. /ppParadise City has a core team of approximately 25 team members and is based in Brussels, with small offices in Lille (France) and Vienna (Austria). /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibOperational leadership /bulliManage the day-to-day operations of our company and the overhead budget. /liliLeadership over operational team, HR, sustainability manager and office management. /liliDesign and implement operational frameworks that streamline processes while sparking creativity among our teams. /liliDevelop and implement robust processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of festival planning and production. /liliIdentify and capitalize on synergies between different projects to optimize resource allocation and operational workflows. /li /ul /lilibFinancial leadership /bulliLead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support the company’s growth objectives. /liliEnsure robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms are in place to drive transparency and accountability. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to identify and implement cost-effective initiatives that align with company goals. /liliContribute to the strategic planning process, aligning financial and operational strategies with the overall vision of the company. /liliMake sure the company manages risks properly. /liliIn the lead within the company for legal topics. /liliLeadership over the financial controlling team. /li /ul /lilibStrategic leadership /bulliTogether with the CEO and Sales Marketing Manager you’ll form the management team. /liliIdentify and seize new opportunities for growth and innovation, helping us stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry. /liliSupport business development efforts, from expanding our festival family to forging exciting partnerships that resonate with our vision. /liliFoster a vibrant company culture where creativity and teamwork flourish.
