Mission description
Work side-by-side with the Banking Services Operations - CCS management.
Provide guidance and leadership to BSO CCS team in terms of management reporting and key strategic initiatives.
Lead and manage data management topics.
This includes:
CCS Reporting and monitoring of activities: internal reporting, reporting to 2s
Issuance of Data/KPI and coordination of KPI quarterly meeting (invitation, log files and follow-up of action plan)
Technical description of the mission's environment:

Results expected / deliverables
The aim will be to:
Act as a contact point for Reporting related requests.
Define and focus on Data Management priorities
Ad-hoc requests of data/reporting - internal and external demands from BSO CCS/Finance/Client Dev... & Clients
Focus on monitoring of BSO CCS productivity in order to support Operations in identifying areas of improvement.
Support BSO CCS managers of new KPI or modification of existing ones.
Ensure Coordination of KPI quarterly meeting (invitation, log files and follow-up of action plan)
Generate and provide Monthly CCS Activity Reporting/KPI and Client specific KPI reports
Analyze, prioritize the information and provide improvements where possible.
Generate reportings and presentations ad hoc.
Ensure the monitoring of the risk assessment, the update of the procedure, the review of the control plan and the implementation and the performing of the controls.
Manage relationship with external and internal stakeholders.
Review all tools used for Data management and ensure efficiency and effectiveness + written BRD
Prerequisites / agreed essential elements
As part of the mission, the non-exhaustive list of prerequisites is as follows:
Business: Proven track record within the investment fund industry and client relationship management, having a minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Custody activities
Norms & Process: In-depth knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market
Technical: Master Excel (preferred) and Access advanced
Functional: Good knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Financial applications (Bloomberg, etc.))
Language: French (fluent)/ English (fluent)
