Role Overview
The Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, stakeholder expectations, budgets, and timelines. The successful candidate will provide leadership across cross-functional teams and establish strong governance to drive programme success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale transformation programmes.
* Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, delivery plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
* Coordinate multiple project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.
* Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
* Establish effective governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
* Monitor programme performance against key objectives, milestones, and financial targets.
* Drive stakeholder engagement and executive-level communications.
Required Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 7 years of programme or senior project management experience.
* Demonstrated experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale business and technology programmes.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement.
* Experience managing budgets, resources, vendors, and third-party partners.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme/project management certification.
* Experience within telecommunications, technology, digital transformation, or large enterprise environments.
