About the jobAs an HR Assistant you will be working closely with the HR Director. The largest part of your job consistsof a broad scope of payroll administration, fleet management, follow-up on the recruitment process andthe administrative part of learning and development.Meaning: Follow-up on time registration of the employees,Payroll in collaboration with the payroll office,Setting- up contracts,On- and offboarding of employeesArranging visa applications of the employeesAdministration of human resources,Planning trainings,Preparing and follow- up on the recruitment process: taking a first look at the CVs, givingfeedback, scheduling appointments,Organizing local company events: support the team with social initiatives and organize teambuildings. Besides the HR part, you are the central point for all support related matters, this means:Ordering office supplies and ensure a neat working environment, taking care of all office relatedadministration and tasks; manage contracts in SAPand travel bookings, … About You Preferably you have a bachelor’s degree; You handle things in a proactive and supportive way and you take initiative; You are punctual in your way of working; You communicatein a transparent way; You are an excellent relationship builder; You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch (both written and spoken); You have a goodknowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excell, etc.).
