About the jobAs an HR Assistant you will be working closely with the HR Director. The largest part of your job consistsof a broad scope of payroll administration, fleet management, follow-up on the recruitment process andthe administrative part of learning and development.Meaning: Follow-up on time registration of the employees,Payroll in collaboration with the payroll office,Setting- up contracts,On- and offboarding of employeesArranging visa applications of the employeesAdministration of human resources,Planning trainings,Preparing and follow- up on the recruitment process: taking a first look at the CVs, givingfeedback, scheduling appointments,Organizing local company events: support the team with social initiatives and organize teambuildings.
