In this role, you’ll take ownership of a defined region and become the trusted advisor for customers looking for efficient, future-proof HVAC solutions. You’ll combine your technical expertise with commercial instinct to deliver solutions that genuinely add value.
You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, working from the field, home, and modern office hubs, while being backed by a strong technical and internal support team.
What you’ll be doing
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of professional clients
* Identify and win new business opportunities in your region
* Translate customer needs into tailored, sustainable HVAC solutions
* Prepare and follow up on technical-commercial proposals
* Collaborate closely with internal engineering and support teams
* Build long-term relationships based on expertise and trust—not pressure selling
Your Profile
* Technical degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent experience
* Experience in HVAC, building technologies, or a related technical field
* Comfortable in a customer-facing / commercial role
* Strong communication skills in Dutch + good English (French is a plus)
* Able to turn technical knowledge into clear, compelling solutions
* Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working independently
* Commercially minded, but focused on consultative selling, not hard selling
