As our Community & Content Marketing Lead, you’ll drive our presence in the market by building a thriving, engaged community and delivering compelling, high-quality content. You’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, customer advocacy, and brand visibility — with a direct impact on our growth.
What You’ll Do
Create and lead our content engine
* Develop original, research-driven content: blog posts, customer stories, thought leadership.
* Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to identify meaningful topics.
* Ensure Luzmo has a strong, consistent presence across digital channels and ecosystems.
Grow brand awareness and engagement
* Fuel inbound traffic and engagement with content that resonates.
* Help position Luzmo as a leading voice in data experience and embedded analytics.
Build and activate our community
* Launch and manage the Luzmo community on platforms like Slack, Discord, and through live events.
* Roll out programs like gamification, ambassador incentives, and certification tracks.
* Turn customers into active advocates who amplify Luzmo’s brand and story

* A steady stream of content that drives traffic, brand awareness, and conversation.
* Customers and partners proudly championing Luzmo in their own networks.

Who You Are
* A self-starter and finisher: You take initiative, follow through, and get things done.
* Proven builder: 2+ years experience in community, content, or brand-focused roles with measurable results.
* Hybrid by nature: Strategist, content creator, and community architect in one.
* Strong communicator: Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus, not a must).
* Team-oriented and curious: You care about the journey, not just the win.
More junior? If you’ve already shipped impressive work or built something meaningful — we’d love to see it. Hustle and initiative matter more than title.
