Your next chapter starts here! 🪐Explore your future career As a Talent Acquisition intern, you'll be part of our dynamic team, working directly withour local HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-onexperience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition but you can also get involved inother aspects of HR and office life while contributing to the growth and success of afast-paced tech company. Key responsibilities Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, building a pipeline of candidates and coordinate interviews.Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (Lever) with candidate information and recruitment activity, interview notes. Prepare all offer documentation.Assist in onboarding new Malters and help create an exceptional employee experience.Help with the organisation of team events and local engagement initiatives.Contribute to HR/TA reporting and analytics for the Benelux.Assist in implementing company-wide HR/TA projects at the local level. About you Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR in the tech industry.Experience with ATS systems is a plus.Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.Strong communication written and oral.Natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in TA/HR.You are vibrant person with a passion for fostering a productive andpositive work environment.Fluent English and French, Dutch is a plus.At Malt, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
