What are we looking for?


We are looking for a highly organized, hard-working and with extensive commercial knowledge and experience. This person will manage PERSAN business with some international clients by developing a relationship under a win-win and partnership approach, improving customer satisfaction, maximizing sales and margin opportunities and achieving objectives defined by the company.


Internally, deal with many different departments in the company, such as marketing, supply chain, finance or quality, with the objective of meeting customer demands with the most clever, less complex and the greatest possible contribution to the company.




Main responsibilities:


* Achieve sales and profit targets, identifying deviations and launching correcting actions when necessary.
* Define and implement Key Account Plans for the assigned portfolio of clients
* Build, nurture and manage relationship with different stakeholders at the client’s end. Understand the customer to ensure an effective communication.
* Negotiate all customer conditions and grow the business assigned.
* Become the effective reference internally and externally for the assigned portfolio of clients, managing internal decisions and communications with both internal teams and client.
* Identify and develop business opportunities in existing and new categories within existing and new clients.
* Forecast sales on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis (including budget exercise). Participate in Sales & Operations Planning Execution meetings.
* Follow, understand & explain market evolution using all available market intelligence tools.
* Help client’s achieving their business plans while generating value for customers and growing private label share.
* Category Management being able to define most appropriated and rational assortment for the client to win in the market, avoiding unnecessary complexity.
* Face and solve critical situations with clients. You have to have a broad view of the business and "respect" a consistency in the market that could sometimes be difficult, as it could be in the opposite direction for some particular customer requests.
* Reporting business progression in a monthly basis.
* Multitasking and manageability and sometimes reacting immediately.






















REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:


Academic background


* Degree Economics, Business administration or similar. Highly valuable master degree.

Specific Technical Knowledge and tools


* Minimum 5 years background working with main retailers
* Analytical skills, previous background working with profits, cost, commercial campaigns, product promotions campaign
* High numeracy skills
* Previous background working within FMCG company.
* Minimum 3 years previous background working with private labels.
* High level of English

* Communication skill and ability to work in teams
* Analytic and results oriented skills
* Proactiveness and problem solving ability
* Negotiation skills
