Digital & E-commerce Content Coordinator
Location: Brussels
An E-commerce Content Coordinator is responsible for managing the content on a company's e-commerce website and other digital platforms to drive sales and engage customers. This role involves creating and updating product listings, writing promotional copy, managing product photos and videos, and ensuring content is accurate and consistent with brand messaging.
Main resposibilities:
* Update of any existing item in eshop catalogs (B2C/B2B) tool and/or website page: adapt promo & prices according to commercial timeline, edit and publish new content or display specific animation.
* Creation of any new item in eshop catalog tool and/or website page. Including editing product images suitable for web uses.
* Contribute to the evolution and improvement of our product pages on our B2C and B2B catalogs
* Perform design execution & web integration (visuals, ribbons, banners,..)
* Quality assurance around catalog display (monitoring of info correctness & experience)
* Suggest enhancement for tool & processes as a key admin user (Magento & Drupal)
* Support to Catalog & Operations responsible (back up tasks, collaborate on new project,..)
* Monitoring customer engagement and suggest ideas to improve it.
* Taking care of content formatting and editing, so that it displays properly on the web and on automatically created pdf (such as contract summary, etc.).
* Data Entry and Processing: Accurately inputting product data, pricing, and information into various systems, often using tools like Excel or Google Sheets for data management
* Work experience of min 1-2 years (ideally in a digital or similar role)
* Digital proficiency: technical skills, including experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
* Content expertise: Experience in content creation and copywriting
* Communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
* Organised and detail oriented
* Focused on meeting deadlines
* Fluency in French and/or Dutch + English
