- Identify concrete opportunities for improvement within Nipro's HR processes using AI.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and constraints.
- Assess feasibility, risks and compliance aspects, including data privacy and GDPR considerations.
- Develop and present recommendations, including: Expected benefits; Limitations and risks; High level implementation considerations
- Where relevant, build proof of concepts, demos or prototypes (no heavy coding required).What you will learnThis internship offers:
