Role Overview As Data Center Facilities Project Manager, you independently manage medium-level projects, coordinate operational teams, and develop people strategies to maximize team growth and contribution. You operate across business functions, own your budget, represent Facilities in complex initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. You manage contracts, monitor supplier performance, and ensure compliance with new regulations. Project Orientation Complex analysis: Connect concepts and simplify complex information Result orientation: Set goals, mobilize resources, and monitor progress Progress control: Track project status and adapt as needed Main Responsibilities Lead major Data Centre Facility and security projects, acting as main contact with Euroclear divisions Work closely with Corporate Security to achieve shared goals Support Facility Management Strategy and share standard methodologies Provide reporting and manage resources, budgets, and governance Coordinate project collaborators and suppliers, define critical metrics, and manage risks Technical Skills Engineering degree or relevant technical background (mechanics, electricity, HVAC, etc.) Project management experience or AGILE/Prince2 certification Advanced O365, ServiceNow, IRM, and ERP (e.g., ORACLE) skills Fluent in English & French 8–10 years’ experience in critical facilities and SCADA project management Key Soft Skills Organizational sensitivity: Collaborate across departments and consider organizational impact Judgement: Analyze problems from multiple perspectives and make balanced decisions Persuasion: Communicate effectively and build consensus Self-development: Proactively learn and adapt LI-IV1
