Job Description
* Provide general administrative and office support to the team
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in French, Dutch, and English
* Assist with agenda management, meeting coordination, and room bookings
* Prepare, format, and follow up on administrative documents
* Maintain internal databases and ensure accurate data entry
* Support various departments with day-to-day organizational tasks
* Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
* You are an entry-level candidate, ideally with a first experience through an internship or a student job in an administrative or office support role
* You are trilingual in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken
* You are dynamic, proactive, and eager to take initiative
* You are well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
* You enjoy working in a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment
* You are comfortable with MS Office and digital tools
