TheBusinessUnitSoils&WaterTestingservicesaportfolioofapproximately1200customers,situatedinboththeprivateandpublicsectors,Theturnoverofthisbusinessunitisapproximately30MioEuro,realizedwithabout30people.ThesoilsandwatersampletestingisrealizedinthreecentralizedandspecializedlabstwosituatedintheNetherlands(BarneveldandAmsterdam)andoneinBelgium(Merelbeke).
Functieomschrijving
Main responsibilities will include:
* DrivethegrowthoftheexistingBelgianclients’portfolio(andresponsibleforbusinessdevelopment,developbusinessplansandstrategiestoattractnewcustomers/newmarkets)
* Responsibleforthedevelopmentoflong-termpartnershipswiththekeyaccountsandthefurtherexpansionofthecustomerportfolio.
* Developandmaintainacommercialplanthatgeneratesarelevantpipelinetosecuresignificantorganicgrowth
* Thereponsibilityfordirectingandmonitoringthe8salesteammemberstorealizetheproposedtargets.Outliningthebroadcontextfortheteam,determiningtheprioritiesandactingasasoundingboard.
* TakeupanactivecommercialroletoKeyAccountsandintheworkoutof(developing)strategicdeals.Mustbeabletowalkthetalk.
* Developingtogetherwiththeteamaprofessionalsalesplanforeachclient;definespricing,setssalesvolumesandmix,customerprofitabilitytargetsperproductandservice.
* Closelymonitoringmarketdevelopmentsandrespondingefficientlytonewopportunities.
* Implementingthedefinedcommercialstrategyandcontinuingtobuildanefficientandcustomer-friendlycommercialoperationwithaneyeforqualityanddeliveryreliability.
* Overseeingthesalesactivitiesandensuringthatthesetobjectivesareachieved,inlinewiththestrategicbusinessplan.
* Guaranteeingsmoothcooperationbetweenthevariousdepartments:salessupport,production(laboratories),logistics,andstrivingformorequalityandconsistencyinoperation.
* Implementingacontinuousimprovementcultureandpropagatingit.
* Ensuringthesmoothroll-outofthenewCRMtool,trainingofsalesteam
