Join our client's team to drive the end-to-end implementation of a cutting-edge Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution, collaborating across Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and external partners to deliver excellence.
About the Role
As the S2P Project Manager, you'll be the key driver ensuring our new platform is implemented on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
You'll define project scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and champion user adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the full S2P solution implementation lifecycle
Define deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
Monitor progress, manage escalations, and ensure business alignment
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Procurement, Finance, IT, and vendors
Oversee risk management, dependencies, and change control
Support process mapping, design, and ERP integration (SAP, Workday, etc.)
Ensure smooth transition and user adoption across teams
What We're Looking For
5+ years of project management experience in Procurement or Finance transformation
Proven track record implementing Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions
Strong understanding of S2C (Source-to-Contract) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Workday, or similar)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
Strong focus on results, quality, and continuous improvement
Comfortable working across multiple time zones and diverse teams
