In this role, you will act as a key finance partner to the business, providing insight, analysis, and decision support to drive performance and strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a finance business partner to senior stakeholders across multiple departmentsLead the monthly closing process, including variance analysis and reportingPrepare and deliver financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plansProvide clear, data-driven insights to support business decision-makingAnalyse financial performance and identify risks and opportunitiesSupport cost control initiatives and monitor operational efficiencyDrive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, commercial, and supply chainProfileProven experience as a Business Controller / Finance Business PartnerStrong background in FP&A, reporting, and financial modellingExperience working in a multinational or complex environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate financial data into actionable insightsAdvanced Excel skills; knowledge of ERP systems (e.G., SAP) is a plusFluent in English (French and/or Dutch is an advantage)
