About the Role
Are you ready to take ownership of complex industrial projects from concept to completion? Join our dynamic Project Engineering team, where you will lead diverse technical projects across production facilities, infrastructure, and R&D environments. You'll manage multidisciplinary projects in various phases—from start-up to ongoing execution—tailored to your expertise and project demands.
What You Will DoDefine project scope and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholdersEstablish project constraints including budget and timelineBuild and lead multidisciplinary project teamsLead technical design and ensure project specifications meet requirementsPrepare tender documents and manage procurement of orders, engineering firms, and contractorsManage all resources (internal and external) to guarantee project successMaintain proactive client communication to identify and integrate scope changesDeliver clear and comprehensive reporting to all stakeholders
Your ProfileTechnical Expertise:Minimum 10 years' experience as project manager with end-to-end responsibility for industrial projectsAt least 7 years' hands-on engineering experience (mechanical, electrical, piping, civil, etc.)Familiarity with electromechanics or chemistry is a plusSolid background in process industry projectsStrong command of MS Project and project management methodologiesAnalytical mindset with strategic overview and excellent administrative skills
