Overview
We are looking for an Operations Efficiency Engineer to drive daily operational prioritisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee the follow-up of critical production/operational lots, ensuring close alignment with programme management and the effective deployment of operational resources. You will combine strong analytical capability with hands-on coordination to optimise performance, mitigate risk, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Prioritisation & Execution
* Monitor and manage high-priority operational lots on a daily basis
* Align with programme management to ensure accurate prioritisation
* Coordinate resource allocation to meet delivery timelines and performance targets
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Collect, structure, and analyse operational data to identify trends and performance gaps
* Detect bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies
* Develop clear dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
Process Optimisation
* Propose and implement measurable, data-driven process improvements
* Streamline workflows, logistics flows, and internal operational processes
* Apply structured improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with operations, supply chain, and programme stakeholders
* Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions
* Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in operations, operational excellence, data analytics, or business intelligence
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and convert insights into action
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to drive initiatives through influence and structured follow-up
