Senior Supply Chain Consultant
As part of its strong growth in Belgium, Meogroup is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Consultant to support its industrial clients in Supply Chain transformation, performance improvement, and digitalization projects.
This role is created in response to the increasing number of strategic projects delivered for major industrial players in Belgium and abroad.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, you will be involved in high value-added transformation projects covering the entire Supply Chain scope:
* Lead and contribute to end-to-end Supply Chain transformation projects
* Diagnose, design, and deploy Target Operating Models (data crunching, process mapping, presentation/communication skills, ...)
* Optimize processes across all SCOR pillars: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return & Enable
* Design and implement S&OP / IBP, planning, inventory management, industrial and logistics flow optimization
* Support clients in IT and ERP-related projects (selection, deployment, optimization)
* Act as a key interface between Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Finance stakeholders
* Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and the development of Meogroup's Supply Chain expertise
* Support sales process (with opportunities detection and offers creation and presentation).
Profile
Experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain
* Proven track record in multiple successful transformation projects
* Strong exposure to the manufacturing industry
* Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and SCOR framework
* Demonstrated Consulting background strongly preferred (BIG4 or equivalent consulting firms)
IT Skills
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, and other ERP solutions)
* Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
Education & Certifications
* Master's degree in Supply Chain Management (or equivalent)
* Lean Green Belt certification required
Languages
* Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
Mobility & Availability
* HQ Based in Brussels – must be able to commute regularly
* Willing to travel for assignments across Belgium
* Availability: ASAP
