With 1,200 employees across two production sites, we export 94% of our output to 136 countries through a network of 24 subsidiaries and sales offices.Working at Lutosa means joining an internationally-oriented company that maintains a family spirit, where innovation and excellence are at the heart of our ambitions.RoleAs an IT/OT Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and evolving industrial automation systems and IT/OT infrastructures, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Your main responsibilities:- Execute and manage IT/OT-focused projects professionally, in close collaboration with the existing IT/OT team, ensuring alignment with the current architecture, manufacturing processes, and business processes- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT/OT systems, including networks, industrial PLCs, and industrial IT/OT systems- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of various SCADA applications (FactoryTalk, Siemens WinCC, OPC, OSIsoft PI, etc.) as well as MES/MOM applications, Intrion, LIMS, flow management tools, etc.- Ability to solve IT/OT issues and provide sustainable solutions- Collaborate with, train, and support individuals across various related departments- Monitor and provide operational support to projects related to automation and digitalization, including the deployment and enhancement of automated reports, dashboards, etc.- Execute and participate in continuous improvement projects and oversee program changes to existing installations/applications- Foster a collaborative environment involving both internal and external resources (suppliers/consultants)Profile- Education: Industrial or civil engineer with a specialization in automation, electromechanics, or IT- Required experience: Proven experience in direct or indirect support of control systems (PLC, MES, PI, etc.) and automation- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, active network components, virtualization, and OEM systems integration- Dutch and/or French, with a strong command of English requiredOffer- A strategic position within a fast-growing and well-recognized company in its sector- A stimulating work environment, with dynamic and passionate teams- An attractive salary package including competitive benefits- Training and development opportunities within the McCain Group
