Job Description
As Manager of End-to-End Partner Monitoring, you will support the design, implementation, and ongoing execution of the monitoring framework required under Brazil Central Bank Resolution 522. The role ensures the network effectively supervises payment flows, manages financial and operational risks, and meets regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the end‑to‑end monitoring framework to ensure compliance with Resolution 522.
* Translate regulatory requirements into operational processes, controls, and reporting routines.
* Design and implement a comprehensive real‑time monitoring framework with risk‑based approaches and standardized alerting and escalation procedures.
* Drive cross‑functional delivery across Risk, Technology, Operations, and external partners, leveraging existing monitoring capabilities and ensuring clear ownership.
* Monitor day‑to‑day outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory expectations.
* Support preparation of reports and documentation for internal governance and regulatory purposes.
* Identify opportunities to improve monitoring processes, efficiency, and risk coverage.
* Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams on regulatory‑related topics and ongoing interactions.
Qualifications
* 10 years of experience in strategy, risk management, operations, or related areas.
* At least 5 years’ experience in the Payments Industry.
* Experience working in cross‑functional or matrixed environments.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify risks or trends.
* Ability to translate complex requirements into structured processes and actions.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
* Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
