Political Intelligence Brussels is seeking an proactive and organised EU Associations Assistant to support our administration and finance team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of several client accounts, providing essential support across financial follow-up and secretariat activities.
You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple portfolios while working closely with senior consultants and contributing to both operational and financial processes. With over 25 years of experience and a client portfolio made up of industry leaders, we are a leading consultancy on the Belgian market and a key player at EU level working at the heart of fast-moving policy debates that shape the digital landscape.

Main Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day management and smooth functioning of association secretariats and client accounts, gaining hands-on experience across multiple portfolios
* Act as a key administrative contact (manage mailboxes, liaise with members and external partners, maintain databases)
* Handle invoices, expenses, ensure accurate financial records (including accounts payable, receivables and bank statements) and budget follow-up
* Coordinate meetings and governance activities (scheduling, materials, minutes, and follow-up)
* Maintain and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and reporting accuracy
* Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and priorities across multiple accounts, providing key insights to support teams
* Contribute to reporting and analysis to help inform operational and financial planning

What We're Looking For:
* Excellent level of English with any additional EU languages being an asset
* At least one previous experience in administration, finance, or a similar coordination role
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
