Roles & Responsibilities
Our Management Assistants play a coordinating role which is of key importance in our organization. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of client projects, including the preparation of proposals and presentations, offering support with client acceptance procedures, planning of meetings, handling of correspondence, preparation of invoices, as well as the daily administrative support of managers and partners.
As an intern you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in this varied set of tasks. You will be surrounded by people who will train, guide and support you every step of the way. This is a unique opportunity to further develop your skills in a professional and challenging environment.

Skills & Qualifications
1. You will soon hold a bachelor's degree in Office Management or a related field;
2. You have strong communication skills in both Dutch or French and English;
3. You manage MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams);
4. You have an eager-to-learn attitude and great attention to detail;
5. Your organizational skills, motivation and flexibility are your prime qualifications for a successful approach to this internship.
