Key Account Manager Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Belgium. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and driving the adoption of our pharmaceutical products among healthcare professionals (HCPs).Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life Sciences and experience in hospital sales. They should possess excellent communication skills in French and very good knowledge of English. Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills are also essential for this role.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Promoting and driving the adoption of our pharmaceutical products among HCPs.Building strong relationships with decision-makers and HCPs in their region.Developing and executing effective account plans to meet sales and growth targets.Organizing and leading training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses.Attending national and international medical congresses and symposia.Continuously monitoring competitor activity and market developments.
