Responsibilities
* Define project scope and specific deliverables in close consultation with internal stakeholders.
* Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project realization.
* Manage the technical design of the entire project and prepare specifications for tender documents.
* Select and oversee internal resources, engineering firms, and external contractors.
* Monitor and direct project constraints including budget, planning, and resource allocation.
* Maintain consistent contact with clients to assess and implement scope changes.
* Report project status and milestones to stakeholders and higher management.
Requirements
* You have a Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* You bring 3+ years of experience in end-to-end project management within a process industry environment.
* You possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like MS Project.
* You have a broad technical background in disciplines such as Mechanics, Electricity, Piping, and Civil engineering.
* You bring a valid VCA-VOL certification.
* You are a communicative team player with strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
* You are fluent in Dutch with a very good knowledge of English.
Nice to Haves
* Experience managing technical projects with budgets ranging from 100K to 5M Euro.
* Ability to coach project team members and challenge proposed technical solutions.
