* We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to play a crucial role in maintaining the security of our Generation perimeter. This is a challenging environment where safety is top-priority.
About this Role
This position involves providing expert guidance to sites on security matters, supporting the implementation of new projects and upgrades, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire perimeter.
Responsibilities
* Advisory and Monitoring: Provide expert advice to sites on security matters, support the implementation of new projects and upgrades, and track KPIs for the entire perimeter.
* Compliance and Alignment: Ensure action plans align with EU/Country legislation and Group Policies and Standards.
* Standards and Procedures: Establish and maintain security standards, procedures, and tools for risk analysis, incident management, and guarding.
* Coordination and Communication: Act as the main contact for the Brussels Control Center and coordinate physical security measures (badges, cameras, alarms, etc.).
* Protection and Awareness: Protect sensitive information by raising staff awareness and ensuring compliance with Group information classification.
Your Profile
* Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in law enforcement, military, private security, HSE or a strong interest in security with a commitment to training.
* Policy and Procedure Expertise: Ability to interpret, create, and update security policies and support local teams in implementation.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background to develop and follow up on security projects and upgrades.
* Crisis Management and Coordination: Capable of working under pressure, managing crises, and coordinating with diverse teams and third-party subcontractors.
* Communication and Language Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to provide briefings, and proficient in Dutch or French with working knowledge of the other language and English.
