We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join our Support & Administration team, based in our headquarters office in Brussels, Belgium.

You will be working in a team that supports senior leaders by optimizing their time and operations. This role blends administrative excellence with strategic coordination, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of key initiatives.

You will be part of a dynamic, global team that values precision, confidentiality, and teamwork. You’ll collaborate closely with managers, their leadership teams, and external partners to support impactful projects and daily operations.
What you’ll do
1. Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence
2. Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics with attention to detail
3. Support budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting
4. Facilitate communication between managers and stakeholders
5. Assist with project coordination and internal control documentation
6. Provide onboarding support and organize team-building activities
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
7. Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant
8. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
9. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and adaptability to new systems
10. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
11. Experience in coordinating projects and working across teams
12. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn
