Your assignment consists in consolidating and analysing the Business and HR data from our ALTEN’s offices.
An internship lasting at least 6 months - starting January/February 2026
Your main tasks will be the following ones:
• Create and implement weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports for the Group as well as ad hoc
• Analysis upon request
• Analysing with a critical eye the weekly operational and HR indicators (KPIs)
• Providing the best quality reports and analysis for key deadlines such as: o the quarterly HR reviews with Top management o the Committee Career (CC) (annual assessment of the internal Staff team)
• Maintaining & creating various dashboards to drive the recruitment activity
• Improving the information flow from subsidiaries to headquarter
• Helping in the deployment of the ALTEN tools in the new subsidiaries
Your profile:
• You are enrolled in a Master's degree in a business school with a specialization in audit or management control or related fields
• Fluent in English
• An advanced level in the commands of Microsoft Excel
• You have a good human contact and a critical mindset, you are autonomous, rigorous, figures oriented, dynamic, with a very good synthesis spirit.
