Your tasks as a Junior Accounts Payable employee: In this role, you will support the Finance team with a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including: * Processing and recording supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner * Reviewing and posting employee expense reports * Assisting with basic accounting entries in the ERP system * Ensuring proper filing, archiving, and documentation of financial records * Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Finance team * Supporting the creation of purchase orders and monitoring approval workflows * Assisting in the preparation of surveys and reports for the National Bank * Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes * Contributing to ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed The ideal profile as a Junior Accounts Payable employee: * You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Initial experience in accounting (through an internship or student job) is an asset, but not a must * You are eager to learn more about accounting processes and ERP systems * You work accurately, in a structured way, and are keen to develop your skills * You are proactive, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your work * You have strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude * English is the main working language; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus What can we offer for you as a Junior Accounts Payable employee: * A temporary contract of 6 months followed by a permanent contract with a stable and growing employer * A competitive gross salary between €3,000 and €3,500, including: lunch vouchers (€8), a net allowance between €30 and €160 (depending on experience) and transportation reimbursement * A people-oriented work environment with flexible working hours (start between 7:00 and 10:00) anthe possibility to work from home up to 2 days per week * A dynamic, international setting that offers opportunities for long-term growth and career development Are you interested in this role as a Junior Accounts Payable employee?
