You will have to register as a local resident with your City at the city hall and will become an ordinarily resident.
• HOW TO APPLY?

Hauptaufgaben
As a Medical Support Assistant, you will:
- Perform receptionist/clerical support.
- Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact and provide information
regarding the practice, clinic, and hospital policies, procedures, and locations to patients, family members, staff, etc.
- Complete request forms for individual patient orders and other requests and ensure all
necessary forms are complete prior to appointments.
- Maintain and monitor patient appointments schedules and patients' records; and notify
appropriate staff of the patient's arrival.
- Respond to emergency calls and notify emergency medical personnel.

• PROFILE
Applicants must demonstrate at least one year of creditable experience or must possess a High Secondary School diploma.
Creditable experience is progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
Foreign education must be officially evaluated for Belgian equivalency.

US Army in Belgium is an American government agency whose mission is to provide logistical and administrative support to the US personnel at NATO and SHAPE in Belgium.
The SHAPE Healthcare Facility is an outpatient clinic that provides non-emergency medical services to the SHAPE Community.
• DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
- Temporary not-to-exceed return of the incumbent, full-time (employee works 40 hours per week instead of 38 and receives a compensation of one day per month).
- Regular work schedule (Monday through Friday).
- Salary from: 3,413.63 EUR gross/month at BA 05

• REFERRAL AND SELECTION PROCEDURE
The Civilian HR Service Center (CHRSC) will review each application and will refer candidates to the management official who will make the final selection. The SELECTEE will:
