About the Role
We’re building a finance team that’s accurate, efficient, and future-ready — and we’re looking for a Senior Accountant who knows their way around Exact Online, takes initiative, and brings 8+ years of experience to the table.
This is a hands-on role with real impact: you’ll help automate our billing flows, take ownership of monthly reporting, and be the go-to for accounting best practices. We value clear communication, punctuality, and a proactive mindset — if that sounds like you, let’s talk.
What You’ll Do
* Run the day-to-day accounting operations in Exact Online (BE)
* Handle monthly/quarterly tax filings (BE VAT) and reconciliations
* Support and improve the reporting process, working closely with our Operations Lead
* Help integrate systems — including automating billing and invoicing flows
* Identify inefficiencies and suggest better workflows
* Keep financial records clean, up-to-date, and audit-ready
What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years experience in accounting, preferably across growing or tech-driven teams
* Strong knowledge of Exact Online, VAT compliance, and financial operations
* Detail-oriented, structured, and dependable
* A clear communicator who’s not afraid to take initiative or own a process
* Comfortable working independently, but also open to feedback and team collaboration
* Crypto-curious — you don’t need to be an expert, but you’re open to learning fast
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Dealbreakers)
* Experience in crypto, Web3
* Familiar with multi-entity or cross-border accounting setups
* Already worked in environments where automation and system integration were key
