About the Role We’re looking for a creative, structured, and multilingual Copywriter & Social Media Manager to help shape the voice of all our products working closely with our Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who’s excited to translate complex tech concepts into clear, compelling stories and community-driven content. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager, Designers, and the executive team to ensure consistency across channels and optimize every touchpoint for clarity, engagement, and performance. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Define and execute content strategies aligned with IT Place’s business goals and product positioning Write and manage high-quality, SEO-friendly content for websites, product brochures, onboarding emails, newsletters, and investor decks Coordinate product messaging and storytelling across brands with distinct tones and use cases Translate complex product features into benefits-driven copy tailored to target audiences (B2B, SaaS, Legal, Medtech, etc.) Social Media & Community Management Plan and publish social media content across LinkedIn, and other channels Grow communities around IT Place and each of its product verticals Monitor and respond to community engagement (comments, DMs, shares) Coordinate announcements, product launches, and feature highlights Stay on top of tech trends and plug them into campaigns when relevant Performance, Reporting & Optimization Monitor and report on content performance (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Hubspot, etc.) Suggest improvements based on engagement and conversion metrics Collaborate with our Marketing Manager and the sales team to refine messaging and support lead generation efforts Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent writing and storytelling skills in French and English (Basic NL is nice to have) Experience in B2B content creation for tech or SaaS companies Ability to plan and manage editorial calendars across multiple products Comfortable with tools like Hubspot, Canva, WordPress, Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, structure, backlinks, on-page tactics) You’re organized, autonomous, and thrive in multi-project environments Great team spirit and a healthy sense of humor ✨ Nice to Have Basic NL skills Design basics: Canva, Adobe, or Figma Video scriptwriting or coordination experience (for explainer videos or reels) Experience with email marketing automation, A/B testing, HubSpot or similar Up to 3 years experience in a similar role What We Offer A varied job supporting the voice of multiple products with strong international potential Direct collaboration with the CEO and marketing manager Access to a full stack of shared tools (Hubspot, Mattermost, Zoom, etc.) Opportunity to grow into a Head of Content or Growth Marketing role A dynamic, multilingual, and entrepreneurial team Possibility of hybrid or remote work, depending on experience Competitive salary based on your profile
