We are looking for a driven and hands-on Process Team Manager to lead a team of 8 process professionals within a fast-growing transformation environment. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape how change is structured, prioritized, and delivered across the organization.The contextThe organization is in an early but rapidly maturing transformation phase, where structure, governance, and prioritization are being built and refined.You will play a central role in:Bringing structure to a fast-evolving change landscapeTranslating strategic change requests into actionable roadmapsBalancing short-term business demands with long-term process stabilityHelping define how process excellence is embedded across the companyYour roleAs Process Team Manager, you will:Lead and coach a team of ~8 process analysts and consultantsDrive a strong people management and 1-to-1 coaching cultureDefine, prioritize, and steer process roadmaps together with Product OwnersEnsure alignment between team delivery and company-wide transformation goalsAct as a bridge between team execution, business stakeholders, and transformation leadershipOversee governance and ensure consistency in change and process initiativesSupport structuring of "build" vs. "core process" domains (e.G. billing & collections)Manage stakeholder expectations at senior business level with fast-moving demandsHelp mature the change governance framework currently being implementedBalance hands-on involvement with strategic oversightWhat we are looking forStrong people management experience (team leadership is essential)Background in change management or transformation environmentsAbility to operate between operational, tactical, and strategic levelsStrong stakeholder management skills, including senior business stakeholdersExperience in prioritization and roadmap definitionStructured mindset with the ability to bring clarity in complex environmentsHands-on, pragmatic approach (not purely theoretical)Strong communication and coaching skillsExperience in process-related environments is a strong plusNice to haveExperience in telecom / large-scale operational environmentsKnowledge of BPMN or process frameworksExperience working in fast-scaling or transformation-heavy organizationsDutch language skillsWhat makes this role uniqueThis is not a purely theoretical process role.
