As a successful Tender Specialist DACH - Medical Devices - ENG/GERM, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Manage pricing contracts for medium and small customers (from financial analysis to implementation).
* Keep pricing information updated in SAP (EU & US) and share it with customers.
* Communicate new price quotations and contract updates to customers.
* Handle rebates from creation to payment.
* Manage the full tender process: find opportunities, prepare documents, submit bids, and analyze results.
* Make sure tender documents follow compliance with country-specific regulations.
* Track submission processes for quality, timing, completeness, and success rate improvements.
* Solve invoice issues and help improve outstanding payments.
* Create and update customer data in the system.
* Support internal teams and participate in improvement project
As a successful Tender Specialist DACH - Medical Devices - ENG/GERM, you will have the following profile:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, administration, or similar.
* 2-3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or tender management.
* Fluent in English and German; Dutch or French is a plus.
* Strong Excel and good MS Office skills; SAP or Salesforce experience is a plus.
* Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage several tasks at once.
* Team player, proactive, positive attitude, eager to learn.
* Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
