We are looking for a skilled Content Strategy Manager
to develop and implement content plans that align with business objectives. This role will create digital requirements for the Digital team & digital agencies to ensure relevant storytelling for each brand on our portals (acquisition platforms).
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Content & journey strategy development: Formulate & execute follow-up of digital content plans in line with our audience/lead capturing strategy, business objectives, and business roadmap (such commercial timeline, GTM timeline, …).
* Responsible for generating clear and detailed digital requirements for the Digital Experience team and digital agencies, guiding the creation of content, components, and assets on the portals (Orange.be & VOO.be) to enhance impactful storytelling for different market segments through initiatives such as personalization, segmentation, and eligibility…
* Contribute to brand storytelling: Develop and oversee the implementation of relevant and compelling brand storytelling strategies, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
* Alignment with business objectives: Ensure digital plans, digital journeys are directly aligned with business objectives, contributing to brand awareness, engagement (ex: audience strategy) and facilitating acquisition goals.
* Performance measurement: Follow through with a good implementation system to measure the performance of content initiatives, using analytics to assess their impact and effectiveness.
* Continuous optimization, benchmarking: Identifying opportunities to improve and optimize digital strategies, journeys, incorporating user feedbacks, data-driven insights, and industry best practices to improve overall performance.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Strong expertise in strategy of digital content
* Aware on major digital trends & opportunities
* Excellent understanding of CMS tools & other digital tech, API
* Data-driven & performance delivery
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing
* 5-10 years' experience combining as many of the following practices as possible: digital content marketing, e-commerce, lead capturing, nurturing…
